Background - The Twin Lakes Golf Association (TLGA) is a non-profit organization that directs, maintains and operates the Twin Lakes Golf Course with related activities for the mutual benefit of the members and the community at large. TLGA operates under a set of by-laws established by its members and is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership.
